This prestigious and expanding company, based between Fareham and Southampton are recruiting through Westaff Portsmouth for a Stores/Service Administrator.
Working as part of a stores / service team providing a comprehensive call handling and administration facility which will enable customers to obtain a timely and efficient response to their needs and providing the business the necessary information to allow effective analysis and management of its maintenance resources. In addition assist sites / engineers with stock requirements and resolution of stock queries.
Liaising with engineers in response to customer breakdown calls.
Monitoring of fault escalation and incidental management procedures.
Liaise with external out of hours call handling providing details of available engineers.
Dealing with customer complaints and resolving them accordingly.
Producing and distributing mail shots.
Previous experience is required in a similar role.
