We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated IT Support Technician for this friendly, successful business consultancy with an international presence. The company has enjoyed tremendous success over recent months and is now looking to recruit a further support professional following expansion.
The role...
Will be based at Fareham and will primarily involve the support of the business IT systems and IT function. The successful applicant will work with the support desk to ensure that IT issues are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner, with all actions recorded.
Key duties will include the maintenance of internal systems along with issue resolution, the use of an internal 'ticket' system in order to prioritise issues and providing 'walk-in' support for IT issues.

This role is based at Fareham, however some travel to other offices may be required in order to resolve issues. Systems involved are used by staff company wide so excellent communication skills are essential along with an ability to solve problems with a structured approach.
The successful applciant will have a proven ability in the following areas & packages:
Microsoft Server, Exchange and Outlook, Network configuration. They will also be Microsoft Certified for MS Office product support. Good team and customer facing skills are essential.
