Telesales Operative
Portsmouth
£6.00 Per Hour plus commission
My client is looking to recruit Telesales Operatives in central Portsmouth. You will be taking and making calls to customers and engineers to advise them of their installation status, rescheduling visits and processing installation orders. Also you will take broadband calls and provide order status updates answering any broadband enquiries. My client is paying £6.00 an hour plus commission.
You will be working two shift patterns:
Shift 1: Thursday 11AM - 9PM, Friday 11AM - 9PM, Saturday 9AM - 7PM, Monday 11AM - 9PM
Shift 2: Thursday 12PM - 10PM, Friday 12PM - 10PM, Monday 12PM - 10PM, Wednesday 12PM - 10PM
Your tasks and responsibilities will be:
Inbound and Outbound calling
Administration
Research of accounts and order history
Data Entry
Complaint handling
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in high pressured customer services role and have the enthusiasm, dedication and competence to proficiently solve customer problems using any resource necessary. You must ensure incoming calls are answered quickly and effectively. You should understand the customers needs. You should have an excellent telephone manner, be proactive, have time management skills, be flexible, have the basic understanding of MS office and be professional at all times.
My client will be offering full training, the calls may get technical so it is essential you have the ability to take in complicated technical terms and translate back to the customer in simple terms. You will also have to commit to a minimum of 4 months.
