Our client based in Fareham is looking to recruiting a temporary administrator, starting in September 2008 through to February 2009.
You will be providing clerical and administrative support to the strategy and policy office within thi this large naval establishment, assisting in the maintenance of the estates office, risk database and sustainability plans.
You must be a competent user of MS Office Applications, (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and Frontpage)
This role will involve high levels of data collection and entry, updating intranet, and general administration, such as filing, photocopying and telephone answering.
You will be required to have a basic security check.
This is a temporary position starting in early September through to February 2009
