We are currently recruiting for a talented Sales Support Coordinator to work with this successful team of Engineers within a niche, industry leading engineering based business in Portsmouth.
The role...
Will be extremely varied and the main duties will include:
Provision of administrative and telephone support to engineers across the business, suppliers and customers throughout their relationship with the business
Review contracts with customers and suppliers to ensure correct charging is in place
The production and presentation of management information reports and sales statistics for the management team
Assisting with technical product related queries (training provided) on behalf of product engineers
Dealing with all production and customer correspondence in a professional manner

The successful applicant will have proven sales office support experience, which MUST have been gained within a technical environment. For example, within an aerospace, defence, manufacturing or other engineering environment.
As a result of this, you be technically minded and will be able to grasp and understand technical information quickly and effectively.
In addition, you will be resourceful and will enjoy being busy. Excellent computer skills are a must, along with an excellent telephone manner.
