Inbound Service Professional

My client is looking to recruit an Inbound Service Professional to work in their busy call centre based in Portsmouth. This is an opportunity to work in one of the largest and highest profiled campaigns based in my clients call centre.
As part of the team you will be taking and making calls to customers and engineers to advise them of their installation status, rescheduling visits and processing installation orders. Full training will be provided and you will have to commit to a minimum of 4 months working. Sometimes the issues can get technical so it is essential agents have the ability to take in complicated technical jargon and translate back to the customer in simple terms. You must ensure incoming calls are answered quickly and effectively
Your tasks and responsibilities will be administration, Data Entry, Complaint Handling and Inbound call resolution.
It is essential that you have the following to apply for this position:
Minimum of 3 months customer service/sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Professional work ethic
You must have the ability to deal with customers on all levels, have an assertive approach with diplomatic people skills, attention to detail and accuracy and multi-task.
You will be working shift patterns 2 weeks of the early shift and then 2 weeks of the late shift. The early shift is 7AM-3PM. The late shift is 3PM-11PM with a half hour lunch break, working every other Saturday 7AM-3PM or 3PM-11PM and then every fourth Sunday 7AM-3PM. However agents need to be flexible around weekend work. My client is paying £6.00 per hour.
